The Website offers anonymous browsers ("Visitors") the opportunity to learn more about us and Visitors who register with the Website the opportunity to learn more about us and to submit an application to us through the Website to try to become a model at IN XS Models. However, in order to submit an Application to In XS Models, Registrants must provide us with certain PII, including without limitation (i) a Registrant's name, address, telephone number and email address, (ii) a detailed description about a Registrant's physical attributes, and (iii) photographs/videos of Registrants (collectively, the "Content").
